If you export a file to XHTML the file cannot be displayed in IE.

This is because IE doesn't like the XML style empty TITLE element (i.e. "<title
/>") that OOo generates.

The HTML4.1 spec stipulates that TITLE must be present, so I guess a non-empty
element should be produced.

The same problem occurs with OOo Calc.

Tested with IE6 (6.0.2800.1106.xpsp1.020828-1920).
