I agree setting the regression keyword, but Version should never be changed.
Version is always the version where the issue first has been reported!

you have set this to "started" with target "Ooo later". from what I understand
these both exclude each other.
"Started": somebody is working on the feature and has "reserved" implementation
"OOo Later": Sun has no ressources to implement the feature and it is oopen for
contribution
please set Status / Target accordingly
