@yolanda, pls specify your OS and Platform!
I checked with "2.0.1 RC4 German version WIN XP: [680m145(Build8989)]",
"2.0 German version WIN XP: [680m3(Build8968)]",
"(1.9.m118) English version WIN XP: [680m118(Build8936)]"
"1.1.4 (German) WIN XP: [645m52 (Build 8824)]"
Same result in all versions, i can confirm that problem. All text proposal
fields are affected. If you replace the standard text "Click to enter ..."
(which is invisible in running presentation and disappears if you click), the
new text will be displayed if you run the presentation.
Undo will let reappear "Click to enter ...", Redo will show your new text again.
The problem is, that the text field remains in the '"Click to enter ..."-mode',
what means:
- this new text will not be shown in a running presentation
- this new text will disappear completely if you click the text filed to
change the text
- This new text will be replaced by the standard "Click to enter ..."-text if
you close and reopen the document.
This only happens if you undo until you see the "Click to enter ..." - text.
Although this is a very old problem, it seems that it does not cause bigger
trouble (otherwise we would have had an issue some moer early).
