What I have found out so far is that in an older version of
SdrPageView::InitRedraw() (svpagv.cxx, revision 1.34, used in SRX645 m44 where
this feature is still working) that there the visible layers, returned by
SdrPage::GetMasterPageVisibleLayers(), are integrated into the SdrPaintInfoRec.
I have not found an equivalent piece of code in the current SVX files.
Has it been removed on purpose or by error?
