Copying finding from issue 8947:

The example attached [to issue 8947] reveals a feature (?) of the
competitive product: FREQUENCY() class ranges don't have to be in
ascending order (which mathematically is the only meaningful order),
in fact they can be in any arbitrary (!) order, where after the sort
the results then are remapped to the original order, for example:

Classes: 10, 5, 15
Value: 5
Result: 0, 1, 0, 0
Result in Calc: 1, 0, 0, 0
