In Writer the Character dialog includes the 'Hyperlink' tab. As far as
formatting character properties, could be said to be a property, but then it can
also be of a paragraph.

Hyperlink tab: It contains options to set the url [http://www.openoffice.org] of
the text which will be shown in the document[OpenOffice.org] and properties like
Target frame etc. [if I am not missing any]

As far as the user is concerned he would select a whole lot of text from a
document and changes the font or typeface etc. If I am not mistaken you have
integrated the hyperlink aspect to writer in view of its use in creating Web
pages [Writer (Web)].

Wouldn't it be better to separate the hyperlink property to a new dialog? Ths
might help to reduce the number of tabs and to redesign the layout in a better
way.

I invite other's comments.
