I just tried your rar file (side node: ZIP is more appropriate, since less people have out-of-the-box access to RAR - that's a matter of fact, untaken personal likings :), and renamed the extensions of the FA* files to lower case - then they were accepted by OOo. So I *really* think this is a duplicate of issue 59361. Please try again, and ensure that OOo really closes the DB connection before you rename the files (best: shut down OOo, including quick starter, and restart).
