The tree-structured index has three major problems: Top-level: "Chart and Diagrams" should be "Grafici e Diagrammi". Top-level: "Grafici e Diagrammi" should instead be "Macro". Second-Level: under "Argomenti della Guida comuni", the title "Working with the User Inferface" should be "Interfaccia Utente". This seems a comeback of issue 27719 that was reportedly fixed more than one year ago.
