This happens on windows, if you are installing as admin. Doing a user
Installation works finde.

That means if you choose "Current user setup" in the first DicOOo dialoge, all
works well.

For the moment I'd say, we need to put a message to the user lists, as a "known
error". I don't think it can be fixed that easily, as the error is in 1.5.3 ..
what currently cannot be updated.

Other options: 
- disable updating of DicOOo
- declare this as stopper an have a RC6 with DicOOo 1.5.5 inculded
(but I'd would vote against them)
