------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Dec 19 03:18:33 -0800 2005 ------- Applying outline numbering, for example, 1.1 to formatting style Heading 2 is not working accrding to the documentation and no workaround exists. I am using the default document template (Create New). Taking a Heading 2 paragraph style as an example: Setting the numbering style to Numering style to "Numbering 2" has no effect (why isn't style "Outline" available?). Setting the Numbering/Bullets on the paragraph to "Outline" has no effect. When trying to remove the numbering (Numbering Style=None) there numbering is still there but set to "0.0" on all Heading 2 paragraphs. The behaviour of numbering is unpredictable and there seems to be no workaround at all except manually prefixing the heading text with "1.1" which is unacceptable when trying to generate an outlined Table of Contents. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
