The problem is also fixed by a patch in attachment various.diff of issue 58972.
That fix is IMO better, as it changes less (it uses the---correct---MSC version
in favour of the old incorrect version on all platforms). Btw, converting
between rtl::OUString and tools String is cheap (they share the same data
representation), so no performance problem.
