I've tried to reproduce. I have installed OOo 2.0 to get these fonts installed.
Afterwards I've updated with OOo 2.01 rc5 (which is an uninstall -> install).
Using SKS FontView for verification. All fonts including the bitstream fonts are
ok after installation, no reboot needed.
