For your convenience, illustrative descriptions are available in the
picture attached.

Reproduction Steps

1.Be sure that Character set in the dialog Tools > Options > Load/Save >
    HTML Compatibility is “Unicode (UTF-8)”
  2.File > New > HTML document
3.Type something with Asian characters or just open the bugdoc.html
  4.View > HTML Source

-- You would find the Asian characters are displayed as garbage --

5.Return to normal view by choosing View > HTML Source again.
  6.Make a modification.
  7.View > HTML Source

-- Now, everything works well --

This phenomenon was found in the QA process for releasing 2.0.1 and
can be observed with both 2.0 and 2.0.1.

This, however, can not be seen with StarSuite 7, an equivalent of 1.1.x.
