Ans also note that OOo doesn't include any fonts suitable to display chinese
characters. So you must have some suitable fonts installed or install them using
the Wizard (File|Wizards → Install Fonts from the Web)
If you write "cannot open with english version" - does that mean that you could
open it with a different localization?
