thank you for supporting OOo! :-)
I am not aware of any macro to switch/update userdata that we ship with OOo so i
think this is not a defect but a feature request.
And then again i reject this feature because all modern operating systems
provide user-accounts to separate the users from each other so everyone can have
her/his own set of configuration data/userdata. It is highly recommended to make
use of this functionality be it only for security reasons. If a user is logged
in with her/his own account the userdata will be filled in the right places
automatically.
I'm just guessing but it sounds to me as if everyone is using the same account -
probably the Administrator Account - on your machine (most likely Windows).
