2005 -------
fixed on cws sdkcodemaker. I implement phase 1 of a new uno-skeletonmaker tool.
Phase 1 includes dumping of method declarations, constructors (new style
services, structs and exceptions) and maaping of properties to the Java type to
stdout.
Support of C++ is also planned later as the generation of complete component
code skeletons (Java and C++)
