AW->FS: This may be related to #126320# (8 PP2), the bugdoc comes from a
stacktrace reporter after request.

As can be seen, the FmFormPage::FmFormPage clone constructor does not come back.
In his eMail, Maarten Hoogveld ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) mentions that it does not
crash when he removes the "Formatted Field" controls before copying. HTH.
