2005 -------
steps
1 Made the ods file
2 marked the data from column A3 to E92 (using shift key and the mouse)
3 then used the menu (data-->sort -->
[sort criteria (by column A ascending , by column B ascending)]
[options("include formats" is selected only, direction is "sort rows, top to
bottom")]
4 but i don't get the result as i wanted ie data is not sorted by column A and
by column B
ie i should see the first column as 100 miles, amos,aurora ...yellowknife and
empty columns with corresponding column b,c,d,e entries

4 No change in the results--data is just not getting sorted.

The problem is that the sorting is not happenning even with respect to the first
column ie sort by area.
