Although this may not be a bug in OpenOffice, I feel that this is an issue that
OpenOffice needs to address. If the way OpenOffice is configured does away
with the ability to see who has a file locked, either directly or indirectly,
then OpenOffice is causing a problem. Perhaps there is a way to reconfigure
OpenOffice that it cooperates with the Windows OS much like Microsoft Office
does. If what you said is right, then I would think such a change shouldn't be
to difficult. But again, my knowledge of such matters is minute. Either way,
OpenOffice is not cooperating with my OS so I need a fix of some sort or my
company is going to scuff at the usage of OpenOffice. Do you have a
suggestion? Thank you again.
