Can reproduce with OOo 2.0.1 Win98SE
Steps:
Open a new Calc document
Insert -> Note (Type some text)
Right Click on cell with note
Choose "Show Note"
Right Click on note and choose Arrange -> To Background
Right Click on cell with note
Choose "Show Note"
Move the note to somewhere
A note "copy" remains in background.
Couldn't remove it.
