Reporter, need more info:
1. did you install the new dutch dict through DicOOO ?
2. did you checked (in english) Options > Tools > Language Settings > Languages
and saw your dict listed with the 'v' mark, in "Western" combo ?
3. did you checked your \OOo_install_dir\share\dict\ooo\dictionary.lst and saw
an entry for your dictionary?
In fact, when I hit f7 to run the spellchecker, and there's no wrong words in my
document, I got a popup that spellcheck is complete and can't see or modify the
combo dictionary language. I can't see a defect here.
Only if exists a wrong word the combo (Dictionary Language) is filled and I can
change it, if necessary.
Can you confirm us if this is your situation?
