I have absolutely no experience with the type of setup you are using and - what is even worse - i have no testing environment to reproduce it. Looking through the registry i found following entry: "HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-348480732-1410218398-1222582537-1299\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder\Start Menu\Programs\StarOffice 8\Order" which apparently contains information about the Startmenu links. Maybe the information in this entry is incorrect.
