Manu,
To have a language/locale listed in locale settings we need of course the locale
data definition. You may take one of the *_IN.xml files in the
i18npool/source/localedata/data/ directory as a template to create a ml_IN.xml
file. Please also read the comments in
i18npool/source/localedata/data/locale.dtd. I'm reassigning this issue to you.
When ready please attach the resulting ml_IN.xml file to this issue and reassign
the issue to me ('er') again, I'll then add the data to the source tree.
