joergwartengberg: cws that touches and changes/adds at least one character to
any OOo module should be made public.
public means: it is visible in EIS, announced in mails, OOo modules are visible
(we do not care about So-modules, do not show them). Links to Sun internal bugs
could be hidden, of course.
jj: I know, but someone (you?) could put some check somewhere in the
nomination/integration/announce phase that will check if all cwses are visible.
If they are not *and that cws change any part of OOo*, make them visible.
I can't solve this and mh is on vacation, so what?
