It's is absolutely legal to create empty documents. The 'Next' button is only
disabled if no data source is available or if a to-be-inserted address block is
not completely mapped to the given data source.
I noticed that the 'Suppress lines ...' CheckBox was always enabled.
Additionally an invalid data source (e.g. spreadsheet with column headers but no
data ) could produce an exception and crash while matching the fields.
I've fixed this in
sw/source/ui/dbui/mmaddressblockpage.cxx
sw/source/ui/dbui/makefile.mk
The wrong German umlauts have also been fixed in
sw/source/ui/dbui/mmaddressblockpage.src
