Indeed, this duplication is nasty, and on a long term goal the table should be
generated instead, taking language strings from svx/source/dialog/langtab.src,
ISO code from tools/source/intntl/isolang.cxx and LCID from tools/inc/lang.hxx
Reassigning to Tom, his construction site.
Btw, Tom, what for is the MS-LCID needed anyway?
