Please attach another patch containing only the changes for numbering. If the era abbreviation change was intended please file a bug against the CLDR, see http://www.unicode.org/cldr/filing_bug_reports.html, since we completely aligned the bg_BG locale data with the CLDR and pulling new data would overwrite the OOo change. In that case also create an OOo issue to track the CLDR bug.
