We use KeyServer to monitor application usage of all programs, even free ones
like OpenOffice.
Because of the creator code listed in the OpenOffice.org
2.0.app/Contents/PkgInfo file, (dplt), whenever
a user launches any AppleScript droplet (Creator: APPL and Type: dplt),
KeyServer thinks OpenOffice is
being launched.
Changing the PkgInfo file
from: APPLdplt
to: APPLOOo2
allows KeyServer to properly track the launching of Open Office.
Perhaps the file should be APPLOOo2 by default?
Thanks,
