Targeting to OOo2.0.3, too late for 2.0.2 UI string changes.
Cc'ing Oliver Specht from the Writer team on this, since I'm not familiar with
the use of the numbering dialogs, and whether the approach taken by adding
entries to the dialog would work under all circumstances.
The entries of svx/source/dialog/numpages.src don't look right. The integer
numbers in the second field are not intended to represent values of
offapi/com/sun/star/style/NumberingType.idl, but some SVX_NUM_.. enums declared
in svx/inc/svxenum.hxx instead. Note also that there is a second resource in
Writer that duplicates the listbox entries except "linked graphics" (btw, is
that really necessary? can't we have that in one place in svx?) in
sw/source/ui/misc/numberingtypelistbox.src, I guess that would have to be
adapted too.
