This is not the help text for toolbar "Hauptsymbolleiste", i think it concerns
to the toolbar "Outline"
(@thackert: please file another issue, that the toolbar name "Outline" must be
changed to "Gliederung").

The icon Zoom is not visible on the toolbar outline by default, so I think, this
part must be removed from this file
