literally as
'${prefix}'. Fixed using eval.
Committed (including regenerated autotool files).
@rene: I don't think that hardcoding OS is needed. In a standalone installation
the OS macro is set by startup/config.mk which is inluded by startup/startup.mk.
If dmake is used for building OOo then dmake's startup/* stuff is not used
as the startup makefiles from solenv/inc are used.
