2006 -------
MRU->OS: open attached document and use scrollbar to travel through the
document. In some places e.g. when moving from page 3 to 4 the Tooltip of the
Scrollbar will change from "Page 3/6 Chapter 1" to "Page 3/6" before changing to
"Page 4/6 Chapter 1".
It looks that it is a problem when there is a page footer available.
