For the icon:
default_images\res\commandimagelist\sc_underline.png

the icon is drawn in black (RGB:0,0,0), where the other text format icons (eg.
sc_underlinedouble.png) are drawn in a dark colour (RGB:38,43,58). This icon is
also duplicated in at least the following places (localizations):
...\commandimagelist\cs\sc_underline.png
...\commandimagelist\en-GB\sc_underline.png
...\commandimagelist\et\sc_underline.png
...\commandimagelist\sk\sc_underline.png
A fixed version of the icon has been attached. However, it might actually
improve visibility if all text-format icons (Bold, Italic, etc.) were switched
over to black for clarity (cf. A leading competitor).

Furthermore, the High Contrast (HC) icon:
default_images\res\commandimagelist\sch_underline.png

has an opaque black background rather than transparent, as is the standard (eg.
sch_underlinedouble.png). As before, this affects at least: \cs, \en-GB, \et &
\sk. Again, a fixed icon is attached.

Finally, the HC icon for 'km' localisation:
default_images\res\commandimagelist\km\sch_underline.png

also has an opaque black background. A fixed version with transparency has been
attached.

All fixes should be CVS ready,
Regards,
Andrew
