For this task it was not neccessary to implemement a "real text filter" for our
calc
module. That's needed anyway ... but not for this task.
This task can be fixed by preferring the preselection of a filter instead of
the implicit
set preselection of the calc module, which is done by this special
"Insert-Dialog".
The new handling:
- "Insert->Sheet from file ..." + "my_csv.dat"
=> nothing happens;
because the extension does not map to any well known type or format
- "Insert->Sheet from file ..." + "my_csv.dat" + Preselection "Text CSV"
=> The file will be accepted as CSV.
