ok I can take over again.
I found this problem some time ago in cws warnings01 which removes all warnings
from the code.
So there is a quick but incomplete fix and a complete fix available.
The complete fix is documented in issue 58352 The protocol of committing the
changes can be used to get the diffs to produce patches.
the quick solution (which will generate some assertions in a nonpro build but
seems to work) is to remove the hack
#define privat public
and to remove line 236 (or similar) of the same file which contains
aTabCtrl.FreeResource();
