2006 -------
Moved the management of the OutlinerView to new Outliner::Implementation class.
This allows better control of access to the OutlinerView. Moreover the
OutlinerView is determined anow each time the ViewShell changes.
Added code for ending the text edit mode in ViewShell::Exit().
