Thanks for the worksforme.

However, from a usability point of view, if the locale is set to Hebrew, Arabic,
or Syriac, it's logical that the table default to right-to-left. Just because
the user can set the table RTL manually doesn't mean that they should have to if
their locale is a RTL language.
