When a document is printed the first time there pops up a dialog that asks the
user what to do about the page size that is to large to be printed. Options are
scaling, cropping, and printing to several pages.

The reason for this is that new documents are created with a size of 28cm x
21cm. The printable area on my (german DinA4) printer is 28.787cm x 20.392cm.
The exact values or not important and will differ depending on the printer
model.

We should try to avoid this dialog There are two ways to do this:
1. Create the initial size of slides of a new document depending on the
printable size of the current printer.
2. Make the option to scale slides to fit the printable size the default
setting.
