Concerning par_id3153248:
This text is used as tip inside the customize-dialog and as extended tip. So it
is a little bit funny to get the text "Using Customize Toolbar, you can add the
Ellipses toolbar." there. In addition the toolbar is no longer called "Ellipses"
but "Circles and Ovales", only the simple tooltip says "Ellipse". But the button
which only draws an ellipse has also the tip "Ellipse" and that is confusing.
Therefore I think, that text should be improved. I do not know whether this can
be done before the English help has changed.
Suggestion for the German extended tip: Öffnet die Symbolleiste Kreise und Ovale
You can indeed add that toolbar to the toolbar "Drawing", therefore the rest of
the help is correct.
