I understand you want to have a format which fixes the font size without
changing the background color. This works on 2.0: Format->Styles and Formatting,
pick Default, rightclick->New style; name it; change the font size in the Font
tab, but don't touch the Background tab. Check the format in the Organizer tab,
it should contain a font size and nothing else. You can now apply this format,
use it in conditional formatting, etc. Closing WFM.
