Problem is, that in this document Outline numbering and numbering via
Format.Numbering (or Toolbar Button) are mixed up in these heading paragraphs.
The headings are all applied to outline numbering in Tools.Outline numbering
dialog and also got a "hard" number via the format.Numbering dialog.
In OO 2.0.1 this can be workarounded by removing the paragraph styles from the
outline levels in "Tools.Outline Numbering" dialog (setting to paragraph style
to"none").
MRU->OD: for future builds, we should implement, that the currently used
numbering type (hard or outline number) should be taken to continue the
numbering sequence.
