defect cause:
(1) The outline numbering rule is applied as a hard attribute at paragraphs.
(2) Wrong numbering level is applied to a paragraph.
By the way, the usage of the function 'Numbering On/Off' on a selection, which
contains outline paragraphs and normal paragraph doesn't work as excepted. This
is due to the fact that this function does a special function on outline
paragraphs. It switches the numbering of the corresponding outline level On or
Off.
