This will work hwen you set the "minimum space text <-> numbering" to 0 and the
"Numbering alignment" to "left". This should give you the desired result.
The control for these settings will be enhaced, you can read it in the spec
"Numbering Bullets 2" on specs.openoffice.org/writer
