ES->OS: not sure what the problem is...
1) Open the attached document, place the cursor on the second page, right click,
"Update table" -> crash (same in OOo 1.0.5, m112, m149).
2) Regina's description (simplified):
- type some empty paragraphs
- set numbering to the Default paragraphe style
- insert a TOC
- save and reload
-> the TOC extends over the whole text.
