Behavior of the right click menu on "page pane".

<The preparation>
It drags "page pane" and makes be independent of the main window.

<problems>
1.When moving a mouse cursor onto the page pane and pushing the
  right button of the mouse, right click menu is displayed.
  However, the menu has disappeared when turns off the button.
  (Even if the button turned off,
   the menu should be displayed.)

2.After moves position of page pain,
  push right button of mouse on it.
  However, the menu doesn't follow the position of page pane.
