cl: the problem was that drag'n'drop is completly handled in the svx
implementation of the edit engine. Therefore it was impossible for impress to
capsule the generated undo actions.
I added a BeginDropHdl and EndDropHdl link to outliner and editengine that is
set by the sd::OutlineView and is called from the edit engine at beginning and
end of a drop operation.
