Yes, the patch should look like this from the beginning:
- String aDesc( SVX_RESSTR( RID_SVXSTR_LABEL_NEW_NAME ) );
+ String aDesc = SVX_RESSTR( RID_SVXSTR_LABEL_NEW_NAME );
