------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Jan 20 00:53:00 -0800 2006 ------- 1. Create a new Writer document 2. Make sure that View/Nonprinting characters is disabled 3. Create 4 paragraphs with some text in them 4. Select the 1st paragraph 5. Format/Character/Font Effects/Hidden 6. Edit/Select All does not work anymore. It now works as "select everything from cursor position to end of text". After some more playing around with hiding, showing and selecting I once even managed to make it stop working altogether (i.e. it didn't select anything anymore) If you show hidden text (Tools/Options/Writer/Formatting Aids/Hidden text checked and View/nonprinting characters enabled), Select All works normally. If you don't show it, it has the odd behaviour described above. The problem seems to occur only when the 1st paragraph is hidden. Hiding other paragraphs is no problem as long as the 1st remains unhidden. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
