Hope no one minds; I had a go at producing the requested icons.
(For design sources see attached 'sources' archive). At first I thought it might
be best to change 'Book Preview' to something more bookish, such as
'lc_firstpage'. However, this might have caused problems with the High Contrast
(HC) icons and tricky do in 16x16 pixels. Instead I copied the design from the
'industrial' theme. This also improves consistency between icon themes.
So, 'Book Preview' and '2page Preview' are distinguished by two main features:
direction of the turned page corner, and the two pages are closer together for
Book View, (since they are meant to be bound).
Please see attached 'icons.zip' for large (lc) and small (sc), normal and HC
icons. These should be CVS ready (for: default_images/res/commandimagelist/),
assuming they meet the user's requirements. Changed Issue Type to Enhancement,
since this seems more appropriate.
