That isn't what I mean! 

1.New a spreadsheet, select A1:A5 and merge the cell range;
2.Select B1:D5 and merge the cell range;
3.Mark the A1:A5 merged cell( Be carefully: the A1:A5 merged cell is dark!), 
right click the context menu "Delete cells...", and then click radio 
button "Shift cells left" ,  execute the command. It doesn't pop up the 
message "Deleting in merged ranges not possible.";
4. left click "undo" button on the standard toolbar, Undo the last step ---
 "Delete cells". It will appear the refresh problem and I can input data in 
some cell such as B2, B3,B4, B5, C2, C3,C4,C5! It should't be allowed! I think 
the priority is P2.
